Back in 2009, I purchased a 2007 Scion with Toyota Financial Services as my finance company. About a few months ago, the vehicle broke down (needed a new clutch). I then decided to go ahead and just surrender the Scion back to the finance company because I was in way over my head with this loan, I was about $6000 upside down on a 2007 Scion. I had made arrangements with Toyota Financial Services to send someone to repo the Scion. Once the tow truck arrived at my house, he couldn’t get the car out of my garage and onto his flatbed. He then became too frustrated and decided to leave abruptly. A month has went by and I called the finance company today and asked when will they be picking up the vehicle. From the department of inappropriate resentment, I wonder what it is like to go through a Chapter 13 bankruptcy. A friend of mine filed a Chapter 7 about 7 years ago. They have just filed AGAIN (Chapter 13 this time). They spend money like water and don’t do without anything. If they see it, they want it and buy it.
